I pulled through this time. All the works from the backlog are uploaded as Archive posts. Time for new works and posts that are actually new.

Looks like the latest events have brought me to actually finish what i started. At least it kicked off the process.

Due to Metas newly introduced changes, there wasn't any way for me to justify using such a platform to present my works anymore (raise your hand if you've heard that one before...). Additionally, Twitter (no i am not calling it X, that's dumb...) decided to (apparently temporarily) disable the usage for users of strict security mode browsing. I don't care if they enabled the usage again, they clearly tried to pull something against the user bases' consent and i am not waiting for the next stupid move to ruin it for me.

That means i am two entire platforms down, which means that i had to come up with alternatives. And alternatives i did find.

Due to the (not so recent but recent enough) rise of the fediverse i have found drop-in-replacements that are, by function, direct upgrades in every regard to their proprietary counterpart. The only downside is that i will not reach the same audience but in all honesty... doesn't make a difference to me. If the people want to find me, they certainly will. And i am not swinging the pen for number to go up.

You will, of course, find the exact same content you will find on here, but i guess i'll point these out just in case.

What this means for my newgrounds account is, that i will actually get my butt up to upload the backlog, and in due time, upload actually new content when it comes out. I have the same progress on the backlog uploads on those sites as i have here, so might aswell keep newgrounds afloat aswell.

In the wake of platforms getting shittier and shittier someone reminded me that Newgrounds was still an option that was as good as ever. While other platforms crunch down your art to abysmal quality, don't respect your privacy, get bought up by other companies, have restrictive rules i noticed that Newgrounds just doesn't do any of that. After some years i took a look back into it and concluded that it held up just as well as in the old days which unironically makes it the most viable platform for me as a drawing artist to post on.

So i've decided to put up my account properly on Newgrounds. Currently busy uploading all the old posts from the previous years in (mostly) chronological order. Takes a bit but i'd rather have my back catalogue on here before posting current stuff.

I am not entirely done yet but i will get back to it.
